Hello,
My name is Sophie. I’m 25 years old, a trusted house sitter, and a huge animal lover.
I was born and raised in beautiful New Zealand (Auckland) and have since lived and travelled around the world for work. I currently call Melbourne, Australia home, but I regularly travel between Australia and New Zealand for work and to visit family. Because New Zealand will always feel like home to me, house sitting felt like the perfect way to return while also enjoying the added joy of spending time to animals.
I consider myself a very respectful, organised, and trustworthy person. I’m naturally positive, friendly, and have a bubbly personality, while also being calm and responsible in my day-today life.
I work in the Film and TV industry in Costume and have been in the industry on and off for five years. My work hours can vary, with a minimum of 10-hour days, working Monday – Friday
Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs and have continued to care for them into my adult years. I understand the responsibilities that come with pet ownership and have importance of meting each animal’s individual needs. I have strong experience caring for both cats and dogs and truly enjoy their companionship.
I also have house-sitting and pet-sitting experience through family and friends, but first time using a house-sitting platform.
As your house sitter, you can feel confident that your pets will receive plenty of love, attention, walks, playtime and endless cuddles. I take great pride in being clean and respectful, so you home will be well cared for and left in excellent condition upon your return
