Modern (1990s) 3 bedroom home situated in quiet neighbourhood, with a very small, easy care garden. Occupied by a super friendly, lovable 5yr old chocolate Labrador, Lupi. She loves a daily walk and gets on well with her many doggy and human friends. She is happy to go anywhere in the car but equally happy to chill out at home.
Balclutha is central to Dunedin, Gore and Invercargill. It is a lovely town with some great restaurants and facilities. Opportunities to explore the glorious rivers, forests and coast line in the south of New Zealand. Fishing, surfing, tramping and mountain biking are all on the doorstep.
