A comfortable 3 bedroom 1 bath older style home close to Onetree hill. The house has a large kitchen with gas cooking, fireplace and hot water. We are centrally located near RoyalOak mall and walking distance to One Tree Hill, Onehunga bay,and the Onehunga bus and rail stations. There is a vege garden available for your use. We have a 13 yr old cat, Iggy who just needs to be fed twice a day. Please note that we have limited parking. There is room for a small car in the garage otherwise there is parking on a narrow driveway.
