Description
My home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 floor home. Colonial style. It is surrounded by amazing views out of every window. The garden is exquisite and has everything anyone can imagine in a NZ garden. It is park like, has two ponds, and a meditation hut, walkways, etc. A gardener is employed to care for it. He and his lady come once or twice per week. If you love gardening I am sure you could find something to do. The property consists of 7.8 hectare directly on the waterfront. Two swimming and surfing beaches surround the land. There are paua shells and many other shells as well as agates and other gemstones for collecting on these beaches as well as smooth sandy places to relax.. The sunrise and sunset views from our home is spectacular on most days. Our home is a non smoking home. Non smokers only.
Shopping is close by. You can walk or bike to the small nearby dairy shop and postal service. The medium sized city is about 15 minutes by car. There you can find great shopping, restaurants, fast food and fun things to do.
Our dog is a male 6 year old Cairn Terrier. He is exceptionally gentile and intelligent as well as a good watch dog. The whole property is fully fenced and you can run or walk him around the property. If you leave the property with him he must be on a leash because he is too interested in everything going on and will not come when you call him. He is not street smart as he has grown up on rural secluded properties.
The start date in NZ calendar terms is 15 July 2025 and will go until 15 September 2025.
