The township of Kohukohu is a lively community with shop, pub, cafe, library, school & art gallery. The Hokianga ferry can also take you to Rawene & Opononi & beyond. The house has far reaching views of the Hokianga Harbour & surrounding countryside with decks from which to enjoy them.

The house is fully furnished to a high standard & very comfortable with heat pump, wood burners, electric heaters & hot water via gas califont. The separate Church is also fully furnished and is let out via Airbnb & Booking.com which is an option you could continue with for an additional income if required.

The dates are flexible and, whilst the house is on the market, you will be given 3 months notice should it sell. As it is a long term sit the utilities would be your responsibility together with garden maintenance.
