Description
I’m Samantha, small business owner and I work from home. I love the arts, very creative and love nature. I enjoy the spa & sauna regularly. I’m house proud and would love to meet like-minded sitters
I’m in a 3bedroom cozy sanctuary-like home.
You will have access to two rooms – 1x guest room with queen bed & 1x office and 1x bathroom (step-in shower & shub)
Guest room has shelving, a chest of drawers and single wardrobe. Its got a lovely full length window with lots of greenery and opens for fresh breeze.
My lounge is super comfy with reclining leather sofas and dim lighting. I’ve got a cute front deck & egg chair which gets the afternoon sun – a cozy reading nook. I’m on a cul-de-sac so it’s very private and quite.
Kitchen has everything you need incl slow cooker, juicer, dishwasher and breadmaker. Well stocked pantry, welcome to use anything – all spices, olive oil etc
My home is my pride and joy (renovated myself) so I’d love someone who can treat it with care and like their own.
TV & Netflix available as well as a large collection of books.
Laundry has a washing machine & dryer with inside & outside drying rack.
Plenty of linen and spare sheets for your use. Everything will be cleaned prior to your arrival and I ask the same for when you leave (I’d be happy to do the washing but pleasd strip beds and leave house clean)
Parking will be on driveway or street / carparks on cul-de-sac – very quiet and plenty of parking.
There is a garage but it’s full / storage so you won’t get access to this.
During your visit, I will lock my master bedroom & keep some storage items there to make space for you from the guest room/ chest of drawers and other cupboards.
Maya aka “little boots” is my 3.5yr old lowchen x king cav. She’s a gorgeous wee girl with the most gorgeous eyes and a lot of love to give. She loves cuddles and attention. She is very clever and loves to pay games and be mentally stimulated. She loves a short daily walk around our local park or longer walks at the beach. She loves to sniff and investe things.
She’s had a history of trauma (dog attack) for which pain seems to have resolved but can get anxious and stressed. She’s had seizures this past year, triggered by stressful events (6 total). We are managing this with medication twice daily and I have pet insurance for her. I can speak more on strategies to keep things slow stress and low stimulating for her. I think she’ll be happiest in her own home due to this. She needs regular naps and quiet time otherwise can get quite agitated and barky.
