Hi, my name is Kim. I have a lovely, sunny 3 bedroom unit in Avondale. There is a nice outdoor area and the garden is a work in progress. There is off street parking for 1 car (on the grass)
I have a lovely cat named Effie, who will be 14 this year. She is very shy, but once she gets to know you, she is fine. She spends her evenings asleep on my lap while I watch tv.
I am travelling abroad to visit close family members and to celebrate my 65th birthday.
