I live in a fully fenced 2 bed home but looks like I’m going to be home alone July August 2026. Can’t give exact dates yet so below are guidelines.
My ideal companion is very caring, tidy and conscientious but, overall, with JR experience. I am friendly and very willing, especially when treats are around, and I have done a little agility training. But, well I am a JR!!
It’d be great to build a relationship with someone local because there are times when I need a companion for shorter stays.
We have a housecleaner and gardener and live in very friendly neighbourhood.
Our house, originally built as small cottage in 1900’s has been extensively extended and renovated. It has superb views over Whangaroa Harbour to the south and east, private courtyard on the west side Totara North is a historic settlement of about 200. There are local bush and harbour side walks (dogs on lead). Best beach is Hihi 20ks.
Local shop in Kaeo 12ks . Mangonui, 24ks, has vibrant waterfront bars, cafes and restaurants and the hub of Kerikeri/Waipapa is just 25 ks away
The house has a double bedroom available and a separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen, lounge/dining and sun porch, very comfortable home. Power is available for folk preferring to sleep in their caravan/camper.
Single person or couple OK but need own vehicle
