I’ve been living in Welly for the last 2.5 years, sadly non of my old tenancies allowed pets. I will be travelling later in 2026, so got a couple of weeks in between my current lease and my travel plans, so housesitting sounds like the perfect solution to fill the time and to spend some time with some lovely pets.
I’ve grown up with a range of animals around the house. Mainly dogs, guinea pigs, rats and rabbits. But beside that I have worked for 5 months on a cattle station in Australia, where I also cared for the farm animals. So I have no problem with any kind of pet.
