Description
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 study, two story house in St Heliers, a very desirable area in Auckland. There is also a conservatory with a treadmill and an elliptical. A 5 minute walk to the beach and St Heliers village. Bus routes to town are easily accessible. We have a smart TV with Netflix. There is WiFi throughout the house. An HRV system usually keeps the house cool at night. For the time we’re away, we’re looking for a non-smoking, older individual or couple. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Sitters with their own car and bedding will be given preference.
