Our 2 bedroom home, small fluffy dog and independent cat are seeking friendly housesitters for a month.
On a quarter acre section, in a small rural village in the Hurunui District, our cosy home and pets require pet friendly folks to live in and look after the place as if it’s their own.
We have 2 bedrooms; 1 with a king bed and large wardrobe, the other has bunk beds, linen cupboard and a large wardrobe as well. The bathroom is luxurious with bidet toilet, rain+handheld shower and lots of stunning plants. There is a small room off the lounge which could be used a an office or craft room. There is high speed reliable internet, perfect for WFH! The kitchen has plenty of pantry space, oven, dishwasher, airfryer and barista coffee machine. The laundry has a toilet, large washing machine and vented dryer. The section is fully fenced and our dog is friendly (but noisy) so you are welcome to bring furry friends provided they tolerate cats. Our section is flat and easy care, you can mow the lawns and garden freely if you like. However, we can arrange close by family to take care of this.
We are close-ish to Hanmer Springs, Culverden and Waipara, so in a perfect spot for rest, relaxation and rural activities!
