Description
My 1910 villa is located about 5 mins drive from Greytown, South Wairarapa, located on a lifestyle block. The house has been renovated and boasts 4 large bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. As a housesitter you would have access to the whole house with the exception of my bedroom wing. the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and there is a large scullery. Iam on tank water and septic tank.
The main focus would be my two black labradors, Loulou aged approx 8 years (re-homed so no idea), who is the most placid and grateful girl you could ever meet, and Alba aged 2 who is an attention seeker and comedian. They are used to constant companionship as I work from home. There are also 4 chooks laying and often up to 6 horses grazing. The horses are looked after by their owners.
