Description
We have a lovely 3 bedroom house in quiet Acacia Bay. Surrounding established gardens with a little vegetable garden, and lawn, 2 decks (one in the lovely garden area and one facing the lake). House is close to lake (4 min walk) and in proximity to lovely bushwalks. House has great lake views facing Mt Tauhara, getting a lot of sun, especially in summer.
House itself is fully insulated and has a fireplace for heating.
We own a lovely cat called Rosco, 16 yrs old (2025). He is quite timid and doesn’t like noise or little kids. But once he gets to know you he is very affectionate, vocal and loves his cuddles and strokes with his favourite brush!
