Description
Rural home near Motueka/Riwaka on 6 hectares with gardens, paddocks, native bush and an olive grove.
One very friendly dog, a Queen cat who loves lap sitting, 5 chickens and 8 friendly sheep.
We are a family who live on a quiet property about 10 minutes from Motueka township. We are going away in July for 6 weeks and are after some lovely, friendly people who can look after the place for us and take care of our much loved animals.
Luka our dog, has a daily walk and loves cuddles and company. Frida our cat is a bit shy initially but once she knows you, will gladly sit on your lap every time someone sits down and provides the opportunity. Frida requires a daily pill for her hyperthyroidism, which we can show you how to do.
Our chickens and sheep need a bit of looking after but not too much to do there. We can run you through all of that as well.
The property upkeep requires the odd lawn mow on the ride on mower and some gardening. You could enjoy the peaceful lifestyle here and cozy up by the fire.
