I have 1.5ha in Omakau, Central Otago with a developing flower and vegetable garden. It is 100m from the golf course and 15min walk into Omakau and the Muddy Creek Cafe.
We have a small grocery shop, cafe, garage, school, engineers, police station and camping/sports ground. It is 20min from Alexandra.
I have a small 3 bedroom 1947 built mud brick and plaster house. I have a flatmate but need someone to ensure the smooth running of the house and section while I’m away.
