About
Hello!
We are a small family consisting of myself Delainy (34, Australian), my husband Ben (34, Swiss), our daughter Banksia (3, Swiss/Australian) and our family dog Rumi (4, Australian Shepard/Kelpie).
We will be new to NZ in April 2026 and are looking for a long term house stay to kick off our adventure in NZ. A month+ would be ideal for our family!
Our family loves the outdoors. We love hiking, camping, walking our dog or sitting around a campfire.
Our dog Rumi is house trained and has been living in an apartment style home for 2 years. She is friendly and gets along with all other dogs when she meets them and is very happy to play. We would be content in a residential area or would also be very happy on a lifestyle property and are able to learn new skills to caretake.
We are both from rural areas in Switzerland and Australia and have experience with caretaking and farm work and a little experience with livestock also.
