Description
Beautiful three bedroom townhouse jut minutes from Lake Wanaka. I have two much loved and well behaved pets – Ruby a Labrador and Monty a fussy Persian. Both 11 years old. Ruby is walked twice a day. No garden maintenance is required as this is cared for monthly. House is just three years old so is in wonderful condition and a delight to live in. I would prefer a retired couple who are happy to enjoy my home and pets and not leave them unattended.
