Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Vaughan Schultz. I’m 47 years old, South African born, and hold New Zealand residency. For the past 17 years, I have lived and worked in Papua New Guinea, but I have recently stepped away from expatriate life and am currently based in my residence in the far north of the Philippines.
I am now looking to resettle in the South Island of New Zealand and return to a more settled lifestyle. I am a proud homeowner myself, with 11 dogs, and I have always loved and cared for animals. I take great pride in maintaining my property meticulously, and I will bring the same level of care and attention to any home I am entrusted to look after.
As I re-establish myself in New Zealand and look for employment opportunities, I feel that house- and pet-sitting align well with my skills and values.
A little more about me: I am a keen golfer with a +3 handicap and a qualified PADI scuba diving instructor. I do not drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, or use any illicit substances. Additionally, I am a reasonably skilled handyman and passionate gardener — qualities that I believe would be beneficial for maintaining and caring for a property.
