Description
Very private and comfortable house located 4 kms from Katikati. 3ha of pristine native bush plus extensive views of Mount Maunganui and Tauranga Harbour. Expect to see plenty of Kereru, Tui, Piwakawaka and hear loads of Bellbirds, Grey Warblers and Ruru. One Burmese cat aged 10, he is very low maintenance; just requires loving attention.
