Hi, my names Freddie Eagle! I’m currently studying Law, Psychology and Biology at A-Level but if I’m fortunate enough to receive an offer to house sit I’ll be on my gap year looking to travel the world from the end of New Zealand this year. New Zealand is somewhere which has always been on my bucket list and will always be my number one priority when venturing out into the world.
Initially, I was planning with my friend, Tilli, who has a similar ambition to myself to adventure but due to personal reasons, she has decided to step away from this adventure. Whilst I understand the worry that comes with a younger adult looking after you’re home I want to ease that; granted. I’m an adventure seeker, but if I wasn’t being serious I wouldn’t put financial commitment into this, as well as the time that’s gone into researching this adventure, on top of the education and work I also manage.
Whilst I’m not so flexible now, due to my exams and work commitments, you have our guarantee that we’ll be around for your pet throughout with no commitments whilst we’re away from England. I have/had my own animals such as cats and dogs and I’ve looked after animals individually for shorter and prolonged periods, so I’m fully up for the commitment.
I’m a very tidy and organised person which in hindsight has stemmed from achieving the grades I’ve desired. I’m an active person and I’m determined to conquer any challenge that steps foot in front of us. Granted, I’m a younger lad but I’m not a smoker/vaper.
Whilst I have not maintained a professional career specifically in cleaning and pet sitting, I myself have worked for businesses that required the use of staying behind to ensure the business was in tip-top condition, so I know what it’s like to maintain somewhere to a high standard and I also understand the importance of such.
I’m looking very forward to the adventure beyond, and if you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer them. I look forward to hearing from you!
I have previously pet-sat on a multitude of times and have three references, which if technology works the way it should, should be upon viewing my profile, and I plead for you to look into them before making any decision. If you require ID/police checks, whilst costly I am open to looking into this upon request to provide an ease of mind.
I have looked after smaller dogs such as Poodles, as well as larger dogs such as German Shepards, in addition to that, I have also pet-sit after cats as well as even a fish. I have always stayed committed to providing the best care for the owner which has been demonstrated when I have ensured their interests are at the heart of my decisions such as extending my sit to accommodate for flight changes at short notice.
