Description
We have a large cosy house on the urban fringe of Tauranga.2 kms to the Crossings Shopping centre. Large (Wild!) garden , no work necessary other than picking fruits for yourself if ripe . Our house is somewhat eclectic ( ie Full of ‘stuff’) and as we have both retired are very ‘crafty’ The house is full of books and games, jigsaws etc. DVD’s CDs and Videos Loads of cookware, store cupboards bulging, do as much baking etc as you like. Would suit a couple working from home or just relaxing. We can supply bicycles perhaps a small car for local use, by arrangement We never cut the grass in September! the house is on two levels, but the main bedroom is downstairs.
Pet Care
Feed cats as necessary, two youngsters and one old boy. One chicken , needs feed once daily Local vet if necessary.
Other
Empty mailbox, arrange to take out trash and recycles.
