Description
Our home is on a small lifestyle property with gorgeous views across water towards Mt Maunganui. It is about 7 minutes north of Bethlehem in Tauranga, heading towards Omokoroa/Waihi.
Its a private, sunny three bedroom home, with two bathrooms, dual living areas plus a rumpus room, a wood and a gas fire with great indoor/outdoor living with , three deck areas, one of which is a fabulous covered area with an outdoor fire, pizza oven and bbq. Also a spa pool.
Our pets are members of our family. We have two Jack Russell dogs, ages 13 and 8, the 13 year old loves sleeping somewhere warm and or sunny! One cat aged 3, 2 marine fish, 8 chickens and 9 sheep. The dogs live inside and have easy access to outside via a pet door, the immediate house area is fully fenced for them. The sheep are pretty low maintainence and the chickens are housed in a run.
We are more than happy to leave detailed notes and contact numbers, also contacts for our neighbours if needed.
