Description
We are looking for someone to take care of our place and animals while we are away in July 2026 (21st – 27th). We have dogs, cats, sheep, chickens, geese, ducks and dairy goats that need looking after. The goats will not be in milk; however, they will require daily checks and feeding out of hay and topping up troughs. We have a warm 3-bedroom home with a wood fire and plenty of firewood! We are on the outskirts of the lovely town of Geraldine in South Canterbury, which is centrally located for all the South Island has to offer.
A farm sitter would definitely need to feel very comfortable and have experience around livestock and farm/rural type animal care and management.
