Description
I live in a recently renovated old farmhouse surrounded by fifteen acres some of which is bush clad. A rural outlook but only 5 minutes from the centre of town. Current inhabitants of the house are two senior cats and twelve sheep who roam the paddocks. Recent spring lambs have added to the flock. All have been shorn, earmarked, tailed, vaccinated, etc.
The lounge and kitchen are open plan getting all the winter sun from the north streaming in. A heat pump and woodburner warm the whole place plus there is underfloor heating if required,
