Description
We have a 25-acre farm near Alexandra in Central Otago. Our home is three-bedroom plus study, a lovely kitchen, dining room, large lounge and the second and third bedrooms have king size beds and are quite large. The bathroom is large, light and has a bath. We have a beautiful and friendly five-year old German Sheperd, Lilou, and two cats, Charlie and Chloe. We run six cattle beasts, all steers, and 40 Wilshire sheep. Plus, we have four chickens who lay eggs every day (yummy).
We will need you to feed hay out to the cattle and sheep on most days, these are small bales and we have a side-by-side to move the bales from the shed to the paddocks.
We would like you to arrive on Wed 6 May to meet you and show you how everything works and where everything is. No gardening required, just watering of our indoor plants every few days.
You will be welcome to use our study, we have wifi, and a skybox in our lounge. We have a great firebox and plenty of firewood. There is lots of space to park caravans and campervans.
