Description
Tai is a seven year old border collie. He is a neutered male, well behaved, clever and eager to please, loves walks on the beach and in the dunes, and playing catch and hide and seek.
The property is a two bedroom house overlooking Pukenui township with views of Houhora Harbour. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the spare bedroom has a fold out sofa bed. Open plan kitchen dining and lounge, woodburner for heating. Extensive decks with views to north and east. Single bathroom with walk in shower. Separate double garage with office/hobby room. The garden in raised planters needs no attention, and the small area of lawn will get by without mowing in my absence.
The house is in a quiet location on the edge of Pukenui, but close to the local supermarket and Houhora wharf. Beautiful unspoiled beaches at Henderson Bay and Rarawa are 15 minutes drive to the north, and Ninety Mile Beach 15 minutes away to the south. Arethusa reserve is a short walk away.
